A machine running at 90 kg/h does not fail because the screw is too small. It fails because the settings drift between shifts. One operator runs cooling two seconds longer, the next runs blow pressure lower, and the bottle weight walks away from the validated value.

The MP80D puts every process parameter on a PLC touch screen with saved recipes. Temperature zones, extrusion speed, blow pressure, cooling time and clamp force are recalled by mould name, so a returning order runs to the settings that were signed off at commissioning.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering Q: How many recipes can be stored?

A: Well over a hundred on the standard build, with export to USB for backup. In practice a plant keeps one recipe per mould and material combination, so capacity is never the limit.

Q: Do operators need programming skills?

A: No. Daily work is recalling a recipe and adjusting four manual screens for temperature, timing, pressure and clamp. A line operator is usually productive within one shift, and we supply an English manual plus a walkthrough video.

Q: Can the screen language be changed?

A: Yes, screen text can be supplied in the buyer's working language at build stage. We ask for the language at order so the manual matches the interface.

Packaging, Delivery and Quality Assurance

The control cabinet is packed separately with desiccant and shock indicators, the machine blocked and secured inside an export wooden case. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE certification, ISO9001:2008 production records, a 12 month warranty and remote technical support are standard.
