Double station and multi head do different jobs, and the strongest configuration uses both. Stations reduce the idle share of the cycle; die heads reduce the cost per part. Together they turn a mid sized frame into a line that competes with machines twice its footprint.
The MP80D combines them: two stations, up to four die heads, and an 80 mm screw delivering 90 kg/h of HDPE. In practice that means a plant can run four cavity small bottle moulds or a single large 10 litre mould on the same machine without changing frames.

A: They can physically, but both share one cycle time, so pairing a fast small bottle with a slow 10L container wastes capacity on the faster part. Most plants run matched moulds and schedule product families in blocks.
Q: What is the realistic top output on small bottles?A: With four heads on both stations and a short cycle, a 500 ml HDPE bottle line can reach several thousand pieces per hour. The limiting factor is usually cooling water capacity and downstream packing, not the machine.
Q: How long does it take to change from four heads to one?A: Head change plus recipe recall typically takes two to three hours including first article check. We record the procedure with your tooling during commissioning so the team has a documented sequence.
Packaging, Delivery and Quality AssuranceDie heads and flow components are crated individually, the machine secured in an export wooden case with steel reinforcement and moisture barrier film. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE certification, ISO9001:2008 records, 12 month warranty and commissioning support are included.
