Buying a machine is easy; getting a line that produces saleable bottles from week one is the harder part. The MP80D is supplied as a configured bottle line: machine, control system, matched utility requirements and commissioning support with the buyer's own moulds.

The PLC touch screen is the operator's whole interface to that line. Temperature, extrusion, blow pressure, cooling and clamping all sit on one screen, so a shift handover is a recipe name and a first article check rather than a verbal account of what was changed.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering Q: What utilities do I need to prepare before delivery?

A: A chiller delivering 40 litres per minute of cooling water, a compressor supplying 1.5 cubic metres per minute at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa, and a 380V three phase supply rated for the 80 kW installed load. We send a site preparation sheet with the order confirmation.

Q: How long does commissioning take?

A: Mechanical installation on a prepared floor usually takes two to three days, and commissioning with your moulds another two to three including wall thickness tuning. We plan five to six working days from arrival to first approved bottle.

Q: Is operator training included?

A: Yes. Training covers daily operation, recipe recall, first article checks and basic fault reading on the PLC. It is delivered during commissioning, with an English manual left on site.

Packaging, Delivery and Quality Assurance

The machine and control cabinet are packed separately with desiccant and shock indicators, secured in an export wooden case with steel reinforcement. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE certification, ISO9001:2008 records, 12 month warranty, commissioning and operator training are included.
