Material range decides how much of an order book a machine can serve. The MP80D runs PE, PP, PVC and PA through the same 80 mm, 24 L/D screw, so a plant is not locked out of a PP shampoo bottle order or a PVC industrial container simply because the machine was bought for HDPE.
Each material needs its own barrel profile rather than a compromise setting. Four screw heating zones and three die head zones give the operator enough control to run a PP melt at its own temperature window and then switch to PVC without fighting the machine, and the settings are stored for the next run.

A: It can run both, but PVC releases hydrogen chloride during processing and attacks standard barrel steel over time. If PVC is a regular product we specify a nitrided or bimetallic barrel and screw from the start, which then handles PE and PP without loss of output.
Q: What changes when switching from HDPE to PP?A: Barrel and head temperatures drop, screw speed and blow pressure are adjusted, and cooling time rises because PP is more crystalline. All of it is stored in a recipe, so the changeover is a recall plus a first article check rather than an experiment.
Q: How stable is output at 90 kg/h?A: The figure is HDPE plasticizing capacity measured at continuous running condition. On a 10 litre container this keeps both stations fed at full cycle speed; on smaller bottles the machine runs below capacity, which is where the double station layout helps utilisation.
Packaging, Delivery and Quality AssuranceBarrel and screw are protected with anti-rust compound, the machine secured in an export wooden case with steel reinforcement and moisture barrier film. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE certification, ISO9001:2008 production control, English documentation and a 12 month warranty are standard, with remote commissioning included.
