Buyers rarely make one product forever. A machine that runs only HDPE becomes a constraint the moment a customer asks for a PVC or PP container. The MP70D-2 accepts PE, PP, PVC and PA through the same 70 mm screw with adjusted temperature profiles, so one frame covers a wider order book.

Material flexibility is paired with a servo ready energy package. Extrusion and hydraulic motors sit at IE3 or IE4 efficiency, and the servo energy saving feature can be specified at order to trim consumption during the non-extrusion part of the cycle, when a fixed speed pump would otherwise keep drawing full power.

A: For PVC a nitrided or bimetallic screw and barrel is recommended because of corrosion from HCl release. If PVC is a regular product, we quote the machine with that metallurgy from the start, and it will still run PE and PP without loss of output.

A: Savings depend on cycle structure: on a 1L HDPE bottle cycle with a long cooling phase, plants typically report 15 to 25 percent lower consumption against a fixed speed hydraulic pump. We model the figure from your cycle before you commit.

A: The die head and clamping are configured for containers up to 1 litre. If your range reaches 2 litres, the same platform family has larger frames, and we would quote accordingly rather than force a 1L machine beyond its rating.

The machine is shipped with material purged, screw protected and cabinet sealed with desiccant, secured on a wooden pallet inside a plywood case. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE marking, ISO9001:2008 production control, a 12 month warranty and English documentation are included, with optional on-site installation and training.
