Three Layer HDPE Extrusion Blow Molding Machine, Double Station 1L Bottle Line

A bottle line is more than a machine head. It needs matched cooling, matched scrap handling and a commissioning plan that gets the first saleable bottle out quickly. MEPER supplies the MP70D-2 as a line package for buyers moving from a single machine purchase to a production cell.

The core unit is a three layer HDPE machine on a double station frame with two die heads, 70 kg/h plasticizing capacity and a 70 mm screw. Around it we size the chiller, the air supply and the granulator so that the machine runs at its rated cycle rather than being throttled by an undersized utility.

A: A chiller matched to 40 L/min cooling water, a compressor delivering 0.8 to 1 cubic metre per minute at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa, and a granulator for the flash. We quote these as one package sized against the machine so nothing is undersized on day one.

A: Mechanical installation takes three to four days on a prepared floor, and commissioning with your moulds typically needs another three days including wall thickness tuning. We plan ten working days from arrival to first approved bottle for a standard three layer 1L job.

A: Yes. The double station frame can be paired with downstream leak testing and labelling equipment, and the control system has spare I/O for a take-away conveyor. Buyers often add automation in a second phase once the bottle is approved.

Line components are packed by function: machine on a wooden pallet in a plywood case, electrical cabinet sealed with desiccant, die heads crated separately with flow plates numbered. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE marking, ISO9001:2008 records, 12 month warranty and on-site commissioning are included in the line package.
