A: It is taken from a power analyser log across a full shift of 1L HDPE bottle production, including heating, extrusion and hydraulic cycles but excluding compressed air generation. We share the log with the quotation so the number is verifiable rather than a brochure claim.

A: The cabinet is prepared for it at build stage, so a retrofit is a drive and parameter change rather than a rebuild. Most buyers order the machine ready and decide after they have measured six months of real consumption.

A: No. Plasticizing capacity remains 70 kg/h for HDPE and cycle times are unchanged; the savings come from motor efficiency and demand based hydraulics, not from running the machine slower.

The machine is shipped with motors protected against moisture, cabinet sealed and desiccant added, on a wooden pallet inside a plywood case. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE certification, ISO9001:2008 production control, a 12 month warranty and English electrical drawings are included with every unit.
