Lubricant packaging has one functional requirement that general bottle tooling ignores: the customer must see the oil level. Welded or glued strips fail in the field and slow the line down, so the MP70D-2 machine is configured to mould the view strip directly into the HDPE wall in the same cycle.
The machine is set up for the 1L lubricant bottle family: a two die head layout on a double station frame, water cooled modular blow pins matched to thin walls, and hot wire cutting that leaves a clean neck finish. Bottles come off the machine ready for cap application, not for a second strip operation.

A: The strip zone is formed with a controlled wall profile rather than a cut, so pressure resistance is maintained. We test filled bottles at 1.5 times working top load and supply the results with the machine when lubricant bottle tooling is ordered.
Q: Can the strip be positioned on either side of the bottle?A: Yes. The strip channel in the die head and the polished zone in the mould are both machined to your drawing, so the strip can sit front, back or offset. Orientation is fixed by a locating key in the mould.
Q: What cap sizes can the machine finish?A: The neck finish comes from the mould, so any cap specification your market requires can be tooled. Standard lubricant bottle necks of 28 mm, 32 mm and 38 mm are all common on this machine, and we review the drawing before cutting steel.
Packaging, Delivery and Quality AssuranceBottles moulds are not included, but the die head strip channels are protected with wooden blanks before crating. The machine ships on a wooden pallet in a plywood case, 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE certification, ISO9001:2008 production control, 12 month warranty and English documentation are provided, with commissioning available on site.
