Most production losses on a bottle line are not mechanical. They are setting errors made during a changeover at the end of a night shift. The MP70D-2 addresses that with a TECHMATION control system that stores each bottle recipe, so the operator recalls a job instead of dialling parameters from memory.

Underneath the control layer sits a tie-barless clamping system rated at 90 kN. Clamp force, carriage position, blow timing and die head temperature are all set from the screen and logged, giving a maintenance team a record of who changed what and when.

A: The standard TECHMATION platform holds well over a hundred mould recipes, each with clamp force, blow timing, die head temperatures and carriage positions. In practice buyers use one per bottle size and keep a backup on the supplied USB export.

A: The mechanical machine is identical; the difference is the controller and the programming environment. Plants that already maintain B&R hardware choose it to keep spare parts and programmer skills in one family.

A: No. Daily operation is a menu of stored recipes plus four manual screens for temperature, timing, pressure and clamping. A line operator is typically productive within one shift, and we provide both an English manual and video walkthrough.

The control cabinet is packed separately with desiccant and shock indicators, and the machine is blocked and crated on a wooden pallet. Delivery is 25 to 35 working days after deposit. CE marking, ISO9001:2008 production records, a 12 month warranty and English documentation are standard, with remote commissioning support included.
