1.1.2 Features

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, which meets the requirements for screw rotation changes during the blowing process. It utilizes a screw with a large slenderness ratio, capable of processing a wide range of materials. This design offers strong plasticizing ability, high productivity, and low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel employs a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads within the combined extrusion system situated between two extrusion machines, it is possible to produce products featuring visible strip lines or double layers. This flexibility allows for diverse product fabrication based on specific needs.

The mould clamping device incorporates a toggle type mechanism along with a linear guider. Featuring a double station design, the mould platen moves faster and more steadily, enhancing the efficiency and stability of the moulding process.

The hydraulic oil loop has been improved to deliver power saving, rapid response, and stability. Furthermore, installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made convenient by equipping the machine with a removable and mobile oil tank.

The entire machine is controlled via a computer system. The hydraulic system uses double proportional control, ensuring reliable operation. This advanced system includes automatic fault alarms, high levels of automation, and memory storage for up to 40 sets of mould data.

Operators can choose from three modes of operation: “Manual," “Semi-Auto," and “Full Auto," providing flexibility to suit different production requirements and user preferences.

For safety, the machine features a safety door equipped with both electrical and mechanical safety devices. This prevents the mould from closing when the safety door is open, making operations safer and more reliable.
