The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, which effectively meets the requirements for changing the screw's rotation speed during the blowing process. It utilizes a screw with a high slenderness ratio, allowing it to handle a wide range of materials. This design offers strong plasticizing capability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, enabling rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads within a combined extrusion system situated between two extrusion machines, it becomes possible to produce blown products featuring visible strip lines or double-layer structures. This flexibility enhances the range of product designs achievable with the equipment.

The mould clamping device uses a toggle mechanism along with a linear guide. Featuring a double station design, the mould platen can move more quickly and with greater stability, improving the overall efficiency and precision of mould operations.

An improved hydraulic oil circuit design contributes to power savings, rapid response, and stable performance. The installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made convenient, as the machine is equipped with a removable and mobile oil tank.

The entire machine is computer-controlled, and the hydraulic system incorporates double proportional control technology. This setup ensures reliable operation, includes an automatic fault alarm system, supports high automation levels, and can store data for up to 40 different moulds.

Operators can choose from three operation modes: “Manual," “Semi Auto," and “Full Auto," providing flexibility to adapt to different production needs and preferences.

For safety, the door is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices, preventing mould closure when the safety door is open. This feature ensures that the operation remains safe and reliable at all times.
