The MP70FS Heavy-Duty Tool Box Blow Molding Machine is engineered to be a durable and dependable solution designed specifically for the ongoing production of robust double-walled industrial carrying cases, toys, and protective housings. The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor that meets the rotational speed requirements of the screw during the blowing process. The screw, featuring a high slenderness ratio, is capable of processing a wide range of materials. It boasts strong plasticizing capabilities, high productivity, and low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel utilizes a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads in the combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, the equipment can produce blown products with visible strip lines or double layers, enhancing product versatility.

The mould clamping device employs a toggle type mechanism along with a linear guide. Featuring a double station design, the mould platen moves at higher speeds with enhanced stability, increasing overall efficiency.

The hydraulic oil circuit has been improved for power saving, rapid response, and stability. Furthermore, the installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made convenient by including a removable and mobilizable oil tank.

The entire machine is controlled by a computer system, with the hydraulic system adopting dual proportional control. The machine includes an automatic fault alarm, reliable operation, high automation levels, and can store data for up to 40 mould sets.

Operators can choose from three different modes of operation: "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto," allowing flexibility depending on production needs.

For safety, the machine integrates both electrical and mechanical safety devices on the safety door to prevent the mould from closing when the door is open, thereby ensuring safe and reliable operations.

The extrusion head includes 10 heating zones with a total heating power of 16.5 kW. The maximum diameter for the extrusion gate mould is 3 millimeters, facilitating precise shaping of the extruded products.

Energy Consumption
