  • Clean Parison Hot Knife Shearing: Equipped with pneumatic hot knife blade heated by low-voltage, high-strength current from isolated transformer. Provides clean, instant slicing through tough polymer parisons, preventing tube collapse and layer smearing.
  • Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish: Utilizes advanced down-blowing technique where blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate container neck during inflation cycle. Results in perfectly flat, burr-free sealing surfaces ready for post-line filling.
  • Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network: Dual limit sensors and mechanical stroke switch loops integrated within safety guards. When door opens, automatic fault alarm activates and clamping ram output circuit immediately interrupts for fail-safe operator protection.
