  • High-Speed Double Station Shuttle Clamping: Constructed with a sturdy toggle-clamping framework and premium linear guides, the mold platens operate with outstanding stability and speed. This double-station setup significantly reduces dry cycle durations, enabling automatic take-out systems to reach unparalleled daily production rates.
  • Intelligent Fluid Loop for Power Saving: The hydraulic system incorporates a V4 dual pump combined with an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow speed regulating valve (PQ Valve). During high-speed movements, both pumps work together to provide flow, whereas in low-speed, high-pressure locking scenarios, the larger pump unloads. This design greatly reduces electrical power consumption and minimizes thermal stress on the fluid.
  • Precise Flashing Control (Zero-Drift Clamping): To prevent mold deflection under high-pressure conditions, a specialized liquid control one-way valve (V12) is installed within the clamping cylinders. This valve hydraulically locks the circuit after closing, effectively eliminating part flashes and significantly enhancing the appearance of the parting line.
  • Smart Anti-Cold-Start Screw Safeguard: The extrusion drive equipped with a frequency changer is electronically linked to the multi-zone barrel heaters. The screw is prevented from rotating until all heating zones have fully reached their target processing temperatures, ensuring complete protection against damage caused by unmelted plastic blockages.
  • Multi-Die Head Versatility with No Dead Angles: This system supports customized triple-head and multi-cavity co-extrusion crossheads. The internal melt flow path includes a streamlined diffluence shuttle that avoids polymer stagnation by eliminating dead angles. This results in the prevention of dark spots and longitudinal stripes on the parison.
  • Clean Parison Hot Knife Shearing: Featuring a pneumatic hot cutter blade heated through low-voltage, high-strength current supplied by an isolated transformer, this component cleanly and instantly cuts through tough polymer parisons. This method prevents tube collapse and layer smearing.
  • Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish: Utilizing an advanced down-blowing technique, the blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate the container neck during the inflation process. This ensures a perfectly smooth and burr-free sealing surface, ready for efficient post-line filling operations.
  • Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network: Operator safety is guaranteed through the use of dual limit sensors along with mechanical stroke switch loops integrated into the safety guards. Opening the safety door immediately triggers an automatic fault alarm and cuts off power to the clamping rams, providing a fail-safe protective mechanism.
