Dual layer co-extrusion lets this blow molding machine build a 10 L plastic bottle from two materials at once. The outer layer carries appearance and stiffness, while the inner layer can add chemical resistance, a barrier, or colour, all in a single moulding cycle.
Run by a double station shuttle clamping system and a 70 mm screw, the MP70FS keeps the two melt streams cleanly separated in the crosshead so that layer thickness stays controlled and repeatable.

Multilayer bottles are valued in detergent, cosmetic, and agrochemical packaging, where the inner layer must resist aggressive contents while the outer layer stays attractive.
They are also used where light barrier or reduced material cost matters, because a thin functional layer can replace a heavier single-material wall.
Product Q&AQ: What is dual layer co-extrusion?
A: It is a process that forms one parison from two melt streams, giving the bottle an inner and an outer layer that can differ in material, colour, or function.
Q: Why use two layers?
A: Two layers let a bottle combine an attractive or stiff outer skin with a functional inner layer for barrier protection or chemical resistance, often at lower total material cost.
Q: Can recycled resin be used?
A: Yes. Recycled or regrind material suits the inner layer, while the outer layer keeps a clean, presentable finish.
Q: Is layer thickness controlled?
A: Microcomputer parison programming regulates both layer proportions and overall wall thickness for repeatable results.
Every unit is packed in a standard export package with an optional wooden pallet or wooden case for long-distance sea freight. The machine is CE and ISO9001:2008 certified and is supported by remote commissioning, operator training, wearing-part supply, and responsive after-sales service worldwide.
