  • High-Speed Double Station Shuttle Clamping: Constructed with a durable toggle-clamping mechanism and high-quality linear guides, the mold platens move with remarkable stability and speed.   • Intelligent Fluid Loop for Power Saving: The hydraulic system incorporates a V4 dual pump paired with an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow speed regulating valve (PQ Valve). During slower, high-pressure locking phases, the larger pump unloads, significantly reducing electricity consumption and thermal stress on the hydraulic fluid.
  • Precise Flashing Control (Zero-Drift Clamping): To prevent mold deflection under high-pressure conditions, a specialized one-way liquid control valve (V12) is installed within the clamping cylinders. This hydraulic lock secures the circuit immediately after closing, eliminating part flashes and greatly enhancing the aesthetic quality of the parting line.
  • Smart Anti-Cold-Start Screw Safeguard: The extrusion drive, powered by a frequency converter, is electronically interlocked with multi-zone barrel heaters.   • Multi-Die Head Versatility with No Dead Angles: Supporting custom triple-head and multi-cavity co-extrusion crossheads, the internal melt path is designed with a streamlined diffluence shuttle. This innovation eliminates polymer stagnation areas, known as dead angles, thereby preventing dark spots or longitudinal stripes on the parison surface.
  • Clean Parison Hot Knife Shearing: The system features a pneumatic hot cutter blade heated by a low-voltage, high-strength current from an isolated transformer. This equipment instantly and cleanly slices through tough polymer parisons, avoiding tube collapse and layer smearing.
  • Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish: Utilizing an advanced down-blowing process, the blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate the container neck during inflation. This ensures perfectly flat and burr-free sealing surfaces, ready for efficient post-line filling operations.
  • Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network: Operator safety is prioritized through dual limit sensors and mechanical stroke switch loops integrated into the safety guards. Opening the door immediately triggers an automatic fault alarm and interrupts the output circuit to the clamping rams, providing a fail-safe protection mechanism.
