1. High-Speed Double Station Shuttle Clamping

The product features a robust toggle-clamping system combined with high-quality linear guides, ensuring the mold platens move with exceptional stability and speed. 2. Intelligent Fluid Loop for Power Saving

The hydraulic system integrates a V4 dual pump with an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow speed regulating valve (PQ Valve). At low-speed, high-pressure lockup phases, the larger pump unloads, which significantly decreases electrical consumption and reduces fluid thermal stress.

3. Precise Flashing Control (Zero-Drift Clamping)

To prevent mold deflection during high-pressure inflation, the clamping cylinders include a specialized liquid control one-way valve (V12). This design hydraulically locks the circuit immediately after closing, effectively preventing part flashes and greatly enhancing the appearance of the parting line.

4. Smart Anti-Cold-Start Screw Safeguard

The frequency-changer-driven extrusion mechanism is electronically interlocked with multi-zone barrel heaters. The screw is prevented from rotating until all heating zones reach their designated processing temperatures, fully protecting the screw assembly from damage caused by un-melted plastic blockages.

5. Multi-Die Head Versatility with No Dead Angles

This system supports custom triple-head and multi-cavity co-extrusion crossheads. The internal melt path incorporates a streamlined diffluence shuttle that eliminates polymer stagnation and dead angles, avoiding defects such as dark spots or longitudinal stripes on the parison.

6. Clean Parison Hot Knife Shearing

Equipped with a pneumatic hot cutter blade heated by low-voltage, high-strength current supplied from an isolated transformer, the cutter cleanly and instantly slices through tough polymer parisons. This prevents tube collapse and layer smearing, ensuring a clean cut.

7. Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish

The design incorporates an advanced down-blowing process where the blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate the container neck during inflation. This ensures perfectly flat and burr-free sealing surfaces that are prepared for downstream filling.

8. Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network

Operator safety is guaranteed through dual limit sensors and mechanical stroke switch loops on the safety guards. If the door is opened, it immediately triggers an automatic fault alarm and cuts off the output circuit to the clamping rams, providing a fail-safe protection mechanism.
