The hydraulic system integrates a V4 dual pump alongside an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve (PQ Valve) to regulate speed. During fast movements, both pumps work together to provide high flow, while in low-speed, high-pressure locking phases, the larger pump unloads. This strategy effectively decreases electricity usage and reduces thermal stress on the fluid.
To prevent mold deformation under high-pressure inflation, a specialized one-way liquid control valve (V12) is incorporated within the clamping cylinders. This valve hydraulically locks the circuit after closing, eliminating part flashes and greatly enhancing the appearance of the parting line.
