1. High-Speed Double Station Shuttle Clamping

Featuring a durable toggle-clamping structure paired with high-quality linear guides, the mold platens move with outstanding stability and speed. 2. Intelligent Fluid Loop for Power Saving

The hydraulic system integrates a V4 dual pump alongside an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve (PQ Valve) to regulate speed. During fast movements, both pumps work together to provide high flow, while in low-speed, high-pressure locking phases, the larger pump unloads. This strategy effectively decreases electricity usage and reduces thermal stress on the fluid.

3. Precise Flashing Control (Zero-Drift Clamping)

To prevent mold deformation under high-pressure inflation, a specialized one-way liquid control valve (V12) is incorporated within the clamping cylinders. This valve hydraulically locks the circuit after closing, eliminating part flashes and greatly enhancing the appearance of the parting line.

7. Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish

Utilizing an advanced downward-blowing technique, the blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate the container neck during inflation. This process ensures consistently flat, burr-free sealing surfaces ideal for subsequent filling operations.

8. Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network
