1. High-Speed Double Station Shuttle Clamping

This system is built with a robust toggle-clamping framework combined with premium linear guides, ensuring the mold platens move with remarkable stability and high speed. 2. Intelligent Fluid Loop for Power Saving

This hydraulic locking mechanism secures the circuit after closing, effectively eliminating part flashes and greatly enhancing the appearance of the parting line.

Featuring a frequency-changer extrusion drive electronically linked to multi-zone barrel heaters, this system prevents screw rotation until all heating zones have reached their required processing temperatures. 6. Clean Parison Hot Knife Shearing

Equipped with a pneumatic hot cutter blade powered by low-voltage, high-strength current from an isolated transformer, this feature allows for instant and clean slicing of tough polymer parisons. It helps avoid tube collapse and layer smearing during the cutting process.

7. Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish

Utilizing an advanced down-blowing technique, the blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate the container neck throughout the inflation cycle. This ensures perfectly flat, burr-free sealing surfaces that are ready for subsequent filling operations.

8. Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network

Operator safety is prioritized with dual limit sensors and mechanical stroke switch loops installed on the safety guards. Opening the safety door triggers an immediate fault alarm and cuts power to the clamping rams, providing reliable fail-safe protection.
