Meper80D / MP80D Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
The Meper80D (MP80D) extrusion blow molding machine is a highly efficient industrial device engineered to manufacture plastic containers with capacities up to 10 liters. Its versatility is demonstrated by compatibility with various materials including PE, PP, PVC, and PA, making it ideal for producing packaging materials, chemical containers, everyday bottles, and industrial hollow structures.
Featuring an 80mm high-performance screw, the Meper80D offers a plasticizing capability of up to 90 kg per hour when processing HDPE, ensuring stable melt quality and consistent production output. The machine supports between one and four heads, providing flexible production options and enhanced productivity through multi-cavity operations.
