The MP100FD stores every parameter as a named recipe on an integrated Schneider PLC with a colour touch screen.

Temperature zones, extrusion speed, blowing pressure, cooling time and clamp force all sit in one screen. When a mould returns to the machine after six months, the operator recalls the recipe and the machine returns to the settings that were validated at commissioning, with no dialling in from memory.

A: The standard build stores well over a hundred recipes and exports them to USB for backup. In practice a plant uses one per mould and material pair, so capacity is never the constraint.

A: Yes, screen text can be localised at build. We ask for the working language at order stage and deliver a matching manual, which is why operators are usually productive within a shift.

A: The PLC and HMI are standard Schneider items available through distribution in most countries. We supply the program backup and a wiring diagram, so a local electrician can replace a module without waiting for a part from China.

The control cabinet is packed separately with desiccant and shock indicators, the machine blocked and secured inside a fumigation-free export wooden case with steel reinforcement.
