||
On a large blow molding machine the hydraulic pump runs all shift, whether or not the machine is clamping. A fixed displacement pump therefore burns power during cooling, during parison drop and during every idle minute of a 120 second cycle. The MP100FD uses a servo driven hydraulic pump that only delivers what the cycle asks for.
Measured across a full shift of 100 litre drum production, that control strategy cuts energy consumption by 25 to 30 percent against a conventional fixed pump of the same rating. On a machine installed at roughly 55 kW, the saving is not a rounding error in the electricity bill.

A: With a power analyser on the incoming supply, comparing the same 100L drum mould and material against a fixed pump machine of equal rating over a full shift. We can supply the method and a sample log so a buyer's own engineer can repeat the test after installation.
Q: Does the servo pump reduce cycle speed?A: No. Clamp, carriage and blow sequences reach the same speeds because the servo motor responds faster than a fixed pump with proportional valves. Cycle time is unchanged or slightly better.
Q: What maintenance does the servo system need?A: The same oil and filter regime as a conventional hydraulic machine, plus a periodic check of drive cooling. Servo pumps have fewer moving parts than variable displacement piston pumps, so overhaul intervals are usually longer.
Packaging, Delivery and Quality AssuranceThe machine is shipped with hydraulic oil drained, ports capped and the cabinet sealed with desiccant inside a fumigation-free export wooden case. Delivery is 30 to 45 working days after deposit. ISO 9001:2015 and CE certification, a 48 hour dry run report, 12 month warranty and remote technical support come with every unit.
