The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed specifically for manufacturing various types of plastic hollow products made from high molecular materials. This advanced machine is capable of producing hollow items with capacities ranging from as small as 5 milliliters up to large sizes of 100 liters.

Its versatility allows it to create a wide array of products including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and automotive parts, among others. This extensive range demonstrates the machine's adaptability to different market needs.

Moreover, the MP blow molding machine supports processing multiple plastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). It ensures a flawless production process, delivering high-quality results across various applications.

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, which meets the requirements for screw rotation changes during the blowing process. It utilizes a screw with a large slenderness ratio, enabling the processing of various materials. This design provides strong plasticizing capabilities, high productivity, and low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel is heated by a computer-controlled resistance heater, ensuring rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads in the combined extrusion system located between two extrusion machines, it is possible to produce blown products featuring visible strip lines or double layers. This versatility enhances the range of products that can be manufactured using the equipment.

The mould clamping device employs a toggle mechanism and a linear guide system. Featuring a double station design, the mould platen moves at a faster and more stable speed, improving operational efficiency and precision.

The hydraulic oil circuit has been optimized with an improved design that saves power while ensuring rapid and stable performance. Installation and maintenance of the hydraulic components are made convenient by the inclusion of a removable and mobile oil tank.

The entire machine is managed by a computer control system, and the hydraulic system utilizes double proportional control for enhanced responsiveness. It includes features such as automatic fault alarms, reliable operation, high automation levels, and memory storage for data related to 40 different mould sets.

Operators can choose from three modes of operation: "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto," providing flexibility to suit different production needs and preferences.

Safety is prioritized with the inclusion of safety doors that integrate electrical and mechanical safety devices. These prevent the mould from closing when the safety door is open, ensuring a secure and reliable working environment.

This machine supports two types of blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, allowing for versatile processing options.

Furthermore, an oblique blowing function is available, expanding the operational capabilities of the machine.
