The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed specifically for manufacturing a wide range of plastic hollow products made from high molecular materials. It caters to the production needs of items varying in size from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.
This versatile machine is capable of producing various hollow objects including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, as well as automotive components. Its broad applicability makes it an ideal choice for multiple industries requiring hollow plastic products.
In addition to its wide range of compatible product sizes and types, the MP blow molding machine supports different raw materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. It ensures an excellent molding process that delivers high-quality results consistently.
The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, allowing it to adjust the screw rotation speed during the blowing process. This design supports screws with a high slenderness ratio, which can handle a variety of materials efficiently. The screw offers strong plasticizing capability, ensuring a high production output while maintaining low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel uses a resistance heater controlled by a computer system, enabling rapid, stable, and uniform heating.
By installing different heads within the combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, the equipment can produce blown products featuring either a visible strip line or double layers. This versatility enhances the range of product applications.
The mould clamping device utilizes a toggle-type mechanism combined with a linear guider. This double-station setup allows the mould platen to move faster and more steadily, significantly improving operational efficiency.
An improved hydraulic oil loop design contributes to power savings while ensuring rapid and stable machine performance. Maintenance and installation of hydraulic components are simplified by a removable and mobile oil tank, which enhances convenience.
The entire machine is computer-controlled, with the hydraulic system featuring dual proportional controls. It includes automatic fault alarms, reliable operation, high levels of automation, and the capability to store data for up to 40 mould configurations.
Operators can choose among three operation modes: "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto," offering flexibility to suit different production needs.
Safety is prioritized through the use of electric and mechanical safety devices integrated into the safety door. These mechanisms prevent mould closure when the safety door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The machine supports two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, providing additional versatility for various manufacturing requirements.
Moreover, it features an oblique blowing function that expands its application capabilities.

Extrusion blow molding machines are extensively used to manufacture a wide variety of hollow plastic containers. These containers serve multiple sectors including personal care, chemicals, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
In the personal care and cosmetics sector, products such as shampoo bottles, shower gel containers, liquid soap bottles, and cosmetic containers are commonly produced. For chemical packaging, items like lubricant bottles, pesticide containers, and chemical reagent bottles are created using this technology.
The food and beverage industry primarily utilizes these machines to produce containers like milk bottles, juice bottles, and edible oil containers, predominantly made from HDPE. Additionally, pharmaceutical packaging includes non-sterile items such as medicine bottles and disinfectant containers.
Large hollow plastic containers including chemical drums and plastic barrels ranging from 5 to 200 liters are manufactured using extrusion blow molding machines. In the automotive sector, components such as fuel tanks, air ducts, coolant tanks, and fluid reservoirs are commonly produced.
Moreover, these machines are used to make equipment housings—various hollow cases and enclosures that protect industrial machinery and electronic devices.
Within agriculture, extrusion blow molding is applied to produce pesticide sprayers, fertilizer containers, water cans, and other irrigation-related hollow components. These products play a crucial role in farming efficiency and resource management.
Plastic toys such as hollow toys and balls are often made by this method. Additionally, products like trash bins, storage containers, water tanks, and small reservoirs are commonly fabricated to meet everyday household needs.
Extrusion blow molding machines are also used to create specialized products. Multi-layer co-extrusion techniques produce barrier bottles that offer anti-permeation and oxygen barrier properties. Furthermore, recycled plastic products, especially non-food-grade containers made from recycled materials, are gaining popularity.
Special materials that provide features like anti-static behavior, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy are also processed to manufacture various plastic products tailored for specific industrial requirements.
The extrusion blow molding process typically handles a range of plastic materials. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is the most commonly used material followed by Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). Polypropylene (PP) is another popular choice.
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is also used but often restricted in certain regions due to regulatory concerns. For special applications, materials such as Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and Polyamide (Nylon) are employed.
Extrusion Blow Molding Machines are indispensable for the production of hollow plastic products, serving key roles across multiple industries including packaging, chemicals, automotive, agriculture, and consumer goods. Their versatility and efficiency make them a fundamental technology in modern plastic manufacturing.
