The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed specifically for manufacturing a wide range of high molecular plastic hollow products. Its versatility allows it to handle various production needs efficiently.
This machine is capable of producing hollow items with capacities ranging from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters. The types of products that can be created include bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, as well as automotive parts, among others.
In addition to its broad product range, the MP blow molding machine supports the processing of multiple materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. It is engineered to ensure excellent processing quality, delivering reliable and consistent results across different material types.
The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, enabling the screw to adjust its rotation speed during the blowing process as needed. It utilizes a screw with a high slenderness ratio, which is capable of processing a wide variety of materials. This design ensures strong plasticizing ability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, allowing it to heat quickly, stably, and uniformly.
By installing different heads within a combined extrusion system positioned between two extrusion machines, the equipment can produce blown products featuring either visible strip lines or double layers, enhancing product versatility.
The mould clamping device utilizes a toggle type mechanism along with a linear guide. Featuring a double station design, the mould platen moves with increased speed and stability, improving overall operational efficiency.
The hydraulic oil loop has been improved, resulting in power savings along with rapid and stable performance. Installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made convenient thanks to a removable and mobile oil tank.
The entire machine is controlled by a computer system, with the hydraulic system employing double proportional control. It includes an automatic fault alarm for reliable operation, high automation levels, and the capacity to store data for up to 40 different moulds.
Operators can choose from three modes of operation: "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto," allowing flexible control tailored to user requirements.
For safety, the machine is equipped with a safety door that integrates both electric and mechanical safety devices. This design prevents the mould from closing whenever the safety door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The machine offers two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, with the oblique blowing function providing additional versatility in processing.

Extrusion blow molding machines are widely used to manufacture various hollow plastic containers for different sectors. In the personal care and cosmetics segment, they produce bottles for shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps, and other cosmetic containers.
In the chemical packaging field, they are utilized to create lubricant bottles, pesticide containers, and chemical reagent bottles. The food and beverage industry relies heavily on these machines to produce milk bottles, juice bottles, and edible oil containers, primarily using HDPE materials.
Pharmaceutical packaging also depends on extrusion blow molding for bottles used to store medicines and disinfectants, mainly for non-sterile products.
Large hollow containers such as chemical drums and plastic barrels ranging from 5 to 200 liters are produced through extrusion blow molding. In the automotive sector, these machines make essential vehicle components including fuel tanks, air ducts, and coolant tanks or fluid reservoirs.
Besides automotive parts, extrusion blow molding is used to manufacture equipment housings, which consist of hollow cases and enclosures for various industrial applications.
The agricultural industry benefits from extrusion blow molding with the production of pesticide sprayers, fertilizer containers, and water cans. Additionally, they are used to fabricate hollow parts related to irrigation systems, supporting efficient water management on farms.
In the consumer goods category, extrusion blow molding machines create a variety of plastic toys, including hollow toys and balls. They also manufacture everyday household items such as trash bins, storage containers, water tanks, and small reservoirs.
Some specialized products made by extrusion blow molding involve multi-layer co-extrusion techniques to produce barrier bottles with anti-permeation and oxygen barrier properties. Additionally, recycled plastics are used to create non-food-grade containers, supporting environmental sustainability.
Special materials are also processed to produce plastic goods with unique characteristics such as anti-static, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy, catering to niche markets.
The most commonly used materials in extrusion blow molding machines include HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), which is the predominant choice, as well as LDPE and LLDPE. Polypropylene (PP) is another frequently processed polymer.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is also utilized but is subject to restrictions in certain regions. For special applications, materials like EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) and PA (nylon) are selected to meet specific performance requirements.
Overall, extrusion blow molding machines are vital equipment in the manufacturing of hollow plastic products. Their versatility supports a wide range of industries including packaging, chemical, automotive, agriculture, and consumer goods, making them indispensable in modern industrial production.
