Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed specifically for manufacturing various types of plastic hollow products made from high molecular materials. It excels in producing a diverse range of hollow items, accommodating sizes from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.

This versatile machine is capable of creating numerous products including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and even automotive parts. Its broad application scope makes it ideal for many industries requiring hollow plastic components.

Moreover, the MP blow molding machine supports multiple materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. It ensures an excellent processing performance, delivering high-quality results consistently across different types of plastics.

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, allowing it to meet the rotational speed requirements of the screw during the blowing process. The screw has a high slenderness ratio, enabling it to handle a wide variety of materials with strong plasticizing capability. This design ensures high production efficiency while minimizing energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel uses a resistance heater controlled by a computer, which provides fast, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads within a combined extrusion system connecting two extrusion machines, it is possible to produce blown products with visible strip lines or double-layer structures, enhancing the versatility of the machine.

The mould clamping device utilizes a toggle mechanism along with a linear guide system. Featuring a double station design, the mould platen moves more quickly and stably, improving overall performance and precision during operation.

An improved hydraulic oil circuit has been implemented, resulting in energy savings as well as rapid and stable system response. The installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made convenient by equipping the machine with a removable and mobile oil tank.

The entire machine is computer-controlled, and its hydraulic system employs dual proportional controls. This setup provides reliable operation with an automatic fault alarm system. The machine also supports high automation levels and can store data for up to 40 mould sets.

Operators can choose from three different modes of operation: "Manual", "Semi-Automatic", and "Fully Automatic", allowing flexibility depending on production needs.

For safety, the machine is equipped with an electric and mechanical safety door. This ensures that the mould will not close when the safety door is open, making the operation both safe and reliable.

Moreover, this machine offers two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, expanding its application range and efficiency in different production scenarios.

Specifically, the oblique blowing function adds further adaptability to the machine’s capabilities, enabling it to handle specialized blowing tasks with ease.
