The barrel uses a resistance heater controlled by a computer to heat quickly, stably and equably.
The combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines allows for the installation of different heads to blow products with view strip lines or double layers.
The mould clamping device adopts vertical compression, three pilot posts, a big beam, linear guider, cylinder spindle and double working position, providing fast and stable movement for the mould.
With the improved design of the hydraulic oil loop, this machine is power saving, rapid and stable. In addition, the installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are convenient, and it is equipped with a removable and mobilizable oil tank.
The entire machine is controlled by a computer, with the hydraulic system adopting double proportional control. This machine has a fault automatic alarm, is reliable to operate, and has a high automation level with data memory for up to 40 sets of moulds.
The machine has three operation modes, which include "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto."
The safety door utilizes electric and mechanical safety devices to ensure the operation is reliable and safe, preventing any mould closing from occurring when the safety door is open. Furthermore, this machine has two blowing functions of straight cutting and oblique cutting.
