Moreover, the machine is equipped with an automatic fault alarm system, ensuring dependable operation. It also boasts high automation levels and can store data for up to 40 different moulds.
Operators have the flexibility to choose from three operation modes: "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto," allowing the machine to adapt to various production needs and preferences.
For safety, the machine features a safety door equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices. This design prevents the mould from closing when the safety door is open, ensuring a secure and reliable operating environment.
The machine supports two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting. This dual functionality offers greater versatility in production processes.
In addition, an oblique blowing function is available, further expanding the range of blowing techniques that operators can utilize.
