The MP plastic blow molding machine is specifically designed for manufacturing a wide variety of high molecular plastic hollow products. It excels in processing items ranging in size from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.
This versatile machine is capable of producing numerous hollow products including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and even automotive parts. Its broad application range makes it suitable for various industries and purposes.
In addition to handling an extensive array of materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, the MP blow molding machine ensures an excellent manufacturing process. This combination of flexibility and precision allows for the creation of high-quality plastic products tailored to diverse requirements.
The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor that meets the demands for screw rotation adjustments during the blowing process. Featuring a screw with a high slenderness ratio, it is capable of processing a variety of materials efficiently. This design offers strong plasticizing performance, high production capacity, and reduced energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel utilizes a resistance heater, which is computer-controlled to provide rapid, stable, and uniform heating.
By integrating different heads within a combined extrusion system positioned between two extrusion machines, it is possible to produce blown products featuring visual strip lines or double-layer structures. This versatility enhances the range of products that can be manufactured.
The mold clamping mechanism employs a toggle type system alongside a linear guide, supporting double station operation. This arrangement allows the mold platen to move quickly and steadily, improving the overall efficiency and stability of the molding process.
The hydraulic oil loop has undergone improvements, resulting in a system that is power-saving, rapid in response, and stable in operation. Installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made easy, supported by a removable and mobile oil tank that facilitates convenient handling.
The entire machine is controlled by a computer, with the hydraulic system featuring dual proportional control. The machine includes an automatic fault alarm system, ensuring reliable operation. High automation levels are complemented by a memory capacity that stores data for up to 40 sets of molds.
Operators can choose from three modes of operation: “Manual,” “Semi-Automatic,” and “Full Automatic,” offering flexibility to suit different production requirements.
Safety is a priority, with the safety door incorporating both electrical and mechanical safety devices. This design prevents the mold from closing if the safety door is open, ensuring a safe and reliable operating environment.
The machine supports two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, providing options for varied product finishes. Specifically, the oblique blowing function enhances the versatility of the blowing process.

An extrusion molding machine finds extensive use across a broad range of industries. It is primarily employed to manufacture products made from plastics, rubber, and various other materials through the extrusion process. Below are some of the main fields where this technology is applied:
Within the plastic processing sector, extrusion molding machines are utilized to produce a variety of items. This includes manufacturing pipes and profiles such as PVC pipes, PE pipes, and window frame profiles. Additionally, these machines are essential for creating films and sheets used in packaging, agricultural applications, and stretch films. They also facilitate the production of plastic sheets that serve in food packaging, construction materials, and housings for electronic products. Furthermore, the outer insulation of electrical cables is commonly produced using extrusion processes.
In the rubber industry, extrusion molding machines are indispensable for fabricating rubber products like tubes, belts, seals, and gaskets. The extrusion technique enables precise control over the dimensions and shapes of these rubber components, ensuring consistency and quality.
The food sector benefits from extrusion molding machines by utilizing them to produce various snack items including puffed snacks, biscuits, and candies. This process allows manufacturers to create different shapes and textures tailored to specific product requirements.
Extrusion molding is also pivotal in the automotive industry, where it is applied to the production of both interior and exterior car parts. Examples include window seals, interior plastic components, and automotive piping systems.
In construction, extrusion machines contribute to the manufacturing of building materials such as window and door profiles, decorative panels, and roofing drainage systems, playing a key role in structural and aesthetic applications.
Medical device manufacturing uses extrusion molding to produce items like disposable syringes, catheters, and IV tubes. This technology ensures the creation of precise and reliable medical products essential for healthcare.
Lastly, extrusion technology is integral to additive manufacturing, particularly in producing 3D printing filaments made from plastics and composite materials. This has expanded the versatility and applications of 3D printing in various fields.
