Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is specifically designed for manufacturing various types of hollow plastic products with high molecular weight. It excels in creating a wide range of hollow items with sizes ranging from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.

This versatile machine is suitable for producing numerous products, including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, as well as automotive parts. Its broad application makes it an ideal choice for multiple industries requiring hollow plastic components.

In addition to its diverse product range, the MP blow molding machine is capable of handling different plastic materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. This flexibility allows it to deliver excellent processing performance tailored to various production needs.


Features:

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, allowing it to adjust the screw rotation speed as required during the blowing process. The screw, characterized by a high slenderness ratio, is capable of processing a wide range of materials. It offers strong plasticizing capabilities, ensuring high production efficiency while maintaining low energy consumption. Furthermore, the barrel features a resistance heater that is computer-controlled, enabling rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads within the combined extrusion system that connects two extrusion machines, it becomes possible to produce products featuring either visible strip lines or double-layered structures. This flexibility enhances the variety of products that can be manufactured using the system.

The mould clamping device utilizes a toggle-type mechanism along with a linear guider. It incorporates a double station design, allowing the mould platen to move at a faster and more stable speed, improving overall operational efficiency and stability.

The hydraulic oil circuit has been improved to offer significant energy savings while ensuring rapid and stable performance. Additionally, the installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are designed for convenience, supported by a removable and mobile oil tank for ease of handling.

Control of the entire machine is managed via a computerized system. The hydraulic system employs a double proportional control mechanism, which enhances precision and reliability. The machine also features automatic fault alarms, reliable operation, high automation levels, and the capability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

Operators can choose among three different operation modes: "Manual," "Semi-Automatic," and "Full Automatic," allowing for adaptable control depending on the production requirements.

For safety, the machine is equipped with a safety door that combines electrical and mechanical safety devices. This design prevents the mould from closing when the safety door is open, ensuring that the operation is both safe and dependable.

The machine supports two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting. Additionally, it includes an oblique blowing function, which further expands its operational versatility.
