Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed specifically for manufacturing a wide range of high-molecular plastic hollow products. This advanced equipment is capable of producing hollow items with capacities ranging from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.

Its versatile applications include the production of various containers and items such as bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and even automobile parts. This makes it an ideal choice for different industries requiring hollow plastic components.

Moreover, the MP blow molding machine supports the processing of multiple types of plastic materials. These include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). Its capability to handle diverse materials ensures a highly efficient and perfect molding process for various production needs.


Features:

The extruding device utilizes a variable frequency motor, which effectively meets the requirements for screw rotation adjustments during the blowing process. Equipped with a screw that has a high slenderness ratio, the machine can process a wide variety of materials. This design ensures strong plasticizing capabilities, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel features a computer-controlled resistance heater that provides rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By integrating different heads within the combined extrusion system situated between two extrusion machines, it is possible to produce products featuring visible strip lines or double-layered structures. This flexibility broadens the range of potential applications and enhances product diversity.

The mould clamping device is designed with a toggle mechanism and linear guides, enabling a double-station setup. This results in faster and more stable movement of the mould platen, improving the overall efficiency and precision of the moulding process.

An improved hydraulic oil circuit has been implemented, which contributes to energy savings while providing rapid and stable performance. The hydraulic elements are designed for easy installation and maintenance, featuring a removable and mobile oil tank for added convenience.

The entire machine is managed by a computer-based control system. The hydraulic system employs double proportional control, ensuring reliable operation, automatic fault alarms, and high levels of automation. Furthermore, it can store operational data for up to 40 sets of moulds, facilitating quick setup and consistent production.

Operators can choose among three modes of operation: "Manual," "Semi-Automatic," and "Full Automatic," allowing flexibility depending on the production requirements and operator preferences.

Safety is prioritized through the incorporation of both electric and mechanical safety devices on the safety door. These mechanisms prevent the mould from closing when the safety door is open, ensuring a safe and reliable operating environment.

The machine also supports two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, offering versatility in the production process. The oblique blowing function enhances the capability to produce angled cuts, expanding the machine's application scope.
