The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed specifically for manufacturing a wide variety of high molecular plastic hollow products. This advanced equipment is ideal for creating hollow items ranging in size from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, enabling it to adjust the screw's rotation speed during the blowing process efficiently. This system accommodates screws with a high slenderness ratio, allowing the processing of a wide variety of materials. It boasts strong plasticizing capabilities, ensuring high productivity while maintaining low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel utilizes resistance heaters controlled by a computer system, providing rapid, stable, and uniform heating.
By installing different heads within the combined extrusion system that connects two extrusion machines, the equipment can produce items featuring visual strip lines or double-layered structures. This flexibility enhances the range of products that can be manufactured using the same setup.
The mould clamping device incorporates a toggle type mechanism along with a linear guider. Featuring a double-station design, the mould platen moves more quickly and with greater stability, improving the overall efficiency and precision of the moulding process.
The hydraulic oil loop has been redesigned to improve power efficiency while ensuring rapid and stable hydraulic operation. Installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are straightforward, facilitated by a removable and mobile oil tank that enhances accessibility.
Control of the entire machine is managed via a computer system, with the hydraulic system utilizing double proportional control for enhanced responsiveness. The machine includes an automatic fault alarm system, guaranteeing reliable operation. It also offers high automation levels, capable of storing data for up to 40 different moulds.
Operators can choose from three operational modes: "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto," allowing flexibility based on production requirements and operator preferences.
For safety, the machine is equipped with safety doors that feature both electrical and mechanical safety devices. These mechanisms prevent the mould from closing if the safety door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation at all times.
This extrusion machine supports two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting. The oblique blowing function extends the machine's capabilities, providing additional versatility in product shaping.
