Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed to process a wide variety of plastic hollow products made from high-molecular materials. This machine is capable of manufacturing hollow products ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters in size.

Examples of products that can be produced using this machine include bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and automotive parts.

The machine has the capability to blow different materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, while ensuring a flawless manufacturing process.

Features:

a) The extruding device features a variable frequency motor that can meet the rotational requirements of the screw during the blowing process. Utilizing a screw with a high slenderness ratio allows for processing various materials with strong plasticizing ability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, providing quick, stable, and uniform heating.

b) With the installation of different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, it is possible to blow products with a clear stripe line or double layers.

c) The mould clamping device adopts vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guide, cylinder spindle, and a double working position, enabling fast and stable movement of the mould.

d) The hydraulic oil loop design has been improved, resulting in power savings, rapid operation, and stability.

e) The installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are convenient, with a removable and mobile oil tank provided.

f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system utilizing double proportional control. It includes fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and the capability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

g) Three operation modes - "Manual", "Semi Auto", "Full Auto" - are available to select from.

h) The safety door is equipped with electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closure when the safety door is open, enhancing the safety and reliability of operation.

i) This machine offers two blowing functions - straight cutting and oblique cutting.
