MP Plastic Blow Molding Machine Overview:
The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed for processing various plastic hollow products made of high-molecular materials. It is capable of manufacturing hollow items ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters in size. The product range includes bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, auto parts, and more.

Diverse Material Compatibility:
This machinery can handle a variety of materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, ensuring versatility in production. Not only does it offer the capability to blow different materials, but it also delivers excellent processing results for producing high-quality plastic products.

Features:

Extruding device adopts a variable frequency motor that can meet the requirements of screw rotation changes during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio can be utilized to process various materials, exhibiting strong plasticizing ability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater that is computer-controlled and provides quick, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads in the combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with visual strip lines or double layers can be blown successfully.

The mould clamping device features vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guiders, cylinder spindles, and double working positions, allowing for fast and stable movement of the mould.

Improved design of the hydraulic oil loop results in power savings, rapid responses, and stable performance.

Installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are made convenient with the inclusion of a removable and mobile oil tank.

The entire machine is computer-controlled. The hydraulic system implements double proportional control for fault automatic alarm, reliable operation, high automation, and storage of data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

Three operation modes - "Manual", "Semi Auto", "Full Auto" - can be selected based on user preferences.

The safety door includes electric and mechanical safety mechanisms to prevent mould closure when the safety door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

This machine offers two blowing functions of straight cutting and oblique cutting.
