Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed to process various plastic hollow products made of high molecular materials. This machine is ideal for producing hollow items ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters in size. The products that can be manufactured using this machine include bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and auto parts, among others.

The versatility of the MP plastic blow molding machine allows it to work with a variety of materials, such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, providing a flawless production process for different types of applications.

Features:

a) The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor to meet the demands of changing screw rotation during the blowing process. A high slenderness ratio screw can be utilized for processing various materials, offering efficient plasticization, high production rates, and low energy consumption. The barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

b) By incorporating different heads into a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with visible strip lines or double layers can be produced.

c) The mold clamping device employs vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guiders, cylinder spindles, and two working positions. It enables fast and stable mold movement.

d) Enhanced hydraulic oil loop design results in power savings, rapid operations, and stability.

e) Hydraulic element installation and maintenance are convenient, supported by a removable and movable oil tank.

f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system featuring double proportional control. It boasts fault automatic alarm, reliable performance, high automation, and the capability to store data for 40 sets of molds.

g) Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto" – are available for selection.

h) The safety door is equipped with electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mold closure when the door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operations.

i) This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
