The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed for processing a wide range of plastic hollow products with high molecular weight. It is adept at manufacturing hollow items ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters. These products encompass bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, auto parts, and more.

The machine is capable of blowing various materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. It offers impeccable processes that ensure high-quality output for your hollow product needs.

Features:

a) The extruding device utilizes a variable frequency motor to accommodate the changing rotation requirements of the screw during the blowing process. It can use a screw with a high slenderness ratio to process various materials, offering strong plasticizing ability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater that is computer-controlled, providing quick, stable, and even heating.

b) Products with a visible strip line or double layers can be blown by installing different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines.

c) The mould clamping device features vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guides, cylinder spindles, and double working positions, ensuring fast and stable mould movement.

d) The hydraulic oil loop has been redesigned for improved performance, offering power savings, rapid operation, and stability.

e) The hydraulic elements are easily installed and maintained, with a removable and mobile oil tank provided.

f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system featuring double proportional control. It also includes fault automatic alarms, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and the ability to store data for up to 40 mould sets.

g) Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.

h) The safety door incorporates electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing when the door is open, enhancing the safety and reliability of operation.

i) This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
