Product Description:

MP Plastic Blow Molding Machine is designed to process a wide range of plastic hollow products with high molecular weight. This machine is perfect for creating hollow items from 5 milliliters up to 100 liters. The products that can be manufactured using this equipment encompass an array of items such as bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and automotive components, among others.

The versatility of the machine allows it to perform blow molding with various materials including PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, ensuring a flawless production process and high-quality output.

 

Features:

a) The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor to meet the rotation change requirements of the screw during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio can process various materials with strong plasticizing ability, high production capacity, and low energy consumption. The barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer for rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

b) Through the installation of different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with a striped appearance or double layers can be blown.

c) The mould clamping device utilizes a toggle type mechanism and linear guide. With a double station, the mould platen moves quickly and steadily for efficient operation.

d) An improved design of the hydraulic oil loop ensures power saving, rapid operation, and stability.

e) The installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are convenient, with a removable and mobile oil tank provided.

f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with the hydraulic system featuring double proportional control. It includes fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and data storage capabilities for up to 40 sets of moulds.

g) Three operation modes - "Manual", "Semi Auto", "Full Auto" - are available for selection.

h) The safety door is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing in case the safety door opens, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

i) This machine offers two blowing functions - straight cutting and oblique cutting.
