Adopting with latest die head design, MEPER focuses on providing high quality and high precision self-manufactured extrusion die heads for customers.
1 Pressure of hydraulic system should be adjusted properly according to action requirements. Reasonable use of pressure can save power and prolong service life of machine. Position of each limit switch should be adjusted according to moulding product. Especially switch point from mould clamping to rack placing should be paid attention, otherwise molding filling will be deficient or too high vibration comes into being.
2 No high rotation speed of screw is allowed in case of no material in screw or barrel ( less than 20r/min is better). After material is filled in screw channel, then speed up the screw rotation until required value is got, in order to avoid scratch to screw and barrel because of high speed or long time idle rotation.
