With 200kN hydraulic clamping force, 750mm plate stroke, and 700x420mm maximum mold dimensions, this double-station machine handles large-format blow molding applications from 5ml to 100-liter product volumes. The 14-zone precision die head with 30kW total heating power, combined with 4-zone barrel heating at 17.4kW, provides the comprehensive thermal management essential for consistent parison formation across a wide range of materials including PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. Built on a robust 17.4-ton machine base and powered by a 55kW extruder motor with 30kW hydraulic pump, the MP100FD delivers the production capability that demanding industrial blow molding operations require.
