The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed for processing various plastic hollow products made with high-molecular materials. This machine is capable of producing hollow products ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters in size. The products that can be manufactured using this equipment include bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and auto parts, among others.
One of the key advantages of the MP plastic blow molding machine is its versatility in working with a variety of materials. It can effectively blow mold materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA with precision and consistency, ensuring that the end products meet the required quality standards.
a) The extruding device utilizes a variable frequency motor to meet the demands of screw rotation adjustments during the blowing process. It can utilize a screw with a high slenderness ratio to process various materials effectively, offering strong plasticizing capabilities, high production output, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring quick, stable, and uniform heating.
b) By incorporating different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with view strip lines or double layers can be blown efficiently.
c) The mould clamping device features vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guiders, cylinder spindles, and double working positions for fast and stable movements of the mould.
d) An improved design of the hydraulic oil loop results in power saving, rapid operation, and stability.
e) Convenient installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are facilitated, with an easily removable and mobilizable oil tank provided.
f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system employing double proportional control. It includes fault automatic alarm systems, ensuring reliable operation, high automation levels, and the ability to store data for 40 sets of moulds.
g) Three operation modes - "Manual", "Semi Auto", and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.
h) The safety door incorporates both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing when the door is open, enhancing operational safety and reliability.
i) This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
